Blogs Worth Bookmarking #8

Seeing as everyone seems to writing seasonal content (don't get me wrong, I am definitely not complaining; I've got some great Spring outfit inspiration for some of these blogs); I thought it would be fun to do a 'blogs worth bookmarking' based around Springtime posts. Sitting in our airport waiting to board your flights can be somewhat dull - especially when you've looked around all the duty-free shops and your arm is about to fall off because your hand luggage is super heavy. So, whilst I spent half my time watching Lilo & Stitch and getting super over-excited about the fact that I was waiting to board a flight to DisneyWORLD, Florida; I delved into BlogLovin' and found some rather interesting reads and blogs worth a bookmark...

This was a recommended blog that I found on another blog, when I was working my way through BlogLovin, one blog at a time. Definitely a new favourite and one that I am certainly keeping in my bookmark folder.

Pack Your Passport
This lifestyle yet travelling blog is great but it is kind of super bad for me to keep reading; I mean, not in a bad way; on one hand it is an incredible read and there is some great advice within these posts but it is just encouraging reminding me that I should go out and travel/see the world, whilst I'm still young - #travelenvy 

Nettle and Blackberry
How cute is the name of this blog? Seriously? With incredible product reviews and lifestyle tips and guidance; this blog is a must-read on a weekly basis.

Blogs Worth Bookmarking #6

In the past few weeks, we've seen Adele dominate at the Brits Awards picking up a total of four awards (including Best British Single and Best British Female - hell to the yeah!), and One Direction's Liam Payne and Cheryl are now apparently dating - I don't think anyone saw that one coming to be honest - anyway all in all it has been a busy old week for our musical celebrities. But with Spring well and truly on its way - seriously it needs to hurry up, it's just too cold - it is time to get excited for my up and coming holidays, which means some new holiday essentials and the countdown is officially on but what better way to find some holiday and long-haul flight essentials than browsing through some blogs. Blogs Worth Bookmarking #5

Apparently, January is meant to be 'National Staying Healthy Month', which I suppose makes sense after the majority of the population gained an extra fifty pounds (and the rest) in December what with Christmas and New Year but I have to say I'm feeling pretty chuffed with myself as I feel like I have been pretty healthy this January compared to previous years. I mean the last two weeks have been somewhat hectic, but in the middle of everything and my healthy eating, I have still found time to find a few blogs to bookmark... 

Hearting 

As a girl who loves nail polish and just can't get enough - seriously I think my collection is bigger than an average Superdrug - this is definitely the blog for me, with bold colours and new brands to try I just can't get enough. 

The Private Life of a Girl

I love trying new products. Well unless my skin goes all bi-polar and has a serious break-out,  it's probably not a good idea to try new products until it sorts itself out. Anyway, I think the product reviews on this blog is what court my eye - honestly finding a good product review can be difficult and sometimes I don't always consider them to be real.

Peanut Butter Fingers

Food. Food. Food. You know what they say, the way to a girl's heart is through her stomach, especially on this blog. To be honest I stumbled across this blog by accident when I was looking for alternative breakfast ideas that I could prepare myself in a morning ready for a day at the office. Thank you Google Search!

Who doesn't love visiting a well-known blogger's/vlogger's blog every so often?! 

Anthropologie

After being bought a number of gifts at Christmas by friends and family from Anthropologie, I started to browse around the website alot more, finding more cute things that I could add to my bedroom which is already bursting at the seams; when I stumbled across their blog and to be honest... the rest is history. I just can't get enough.

Blogs Worth Bookmarking #4

Last week we saw Vicky Pattison crowned I'm A Celebrity, Queen of the Jungle after she fought her way through some gruesome trials, One Direction getting all emotional during their last concert in LA before their break, and the world welcoming another male into the Kardashian clan - all in all its been a busy old week for celebrities. But with Christmas well and truly on its way (17 days away in fact), its time to get excited about decorating my house into Santa's Grotto, spending the majority of my time singing Christmas songs aloud and spending my weekends curled up with a number of my favourite Christmas films... or reading a number of blogs, like the ones below:

Hearting
I don't know about anyone else but I love beauty and skincare products but with temperamental skin like mine, I am reluctant to try new products as I am worried my skin is going to flip-out. However, this blog gives a great insight on beauty and skincare products which really helps when it comes to deciding on new products to try. Also, the recipes are to die for. 

Blush and Noise
This blog is definitely an evening read and needs to be accompanied with chocolate, scented candles and a warm blanket. Bliss. 

Kate La Vie 

Honestly it was the photography that caught my eye on this blog first but actually when I started to read, I couldn't stop. This blog has it all, lifestyle, beauty, top tips and life advice; its lovely to read when you're having a quiet evening in.

Blogs Worth Bookmarking #3

These blogs are a little more 'travel-focused' than normal because with the New Year just around the corner, everyone seems to be planning their gap years or traveling adventures around the world whilst I am stuck in little, old Devon. With everyone's imaginations running wild day-dreaming about traveling; I've had this sudden urge over the last few weeks to get as much money together as I possibly can and book a once in a lifetime opportunity. Sometimes I worry that the my life is slipping through my fingers to quick but then I stop and think I am only twenty-one... 

World of Wanderlust

If you want packing tips and advice then this is the blog for you. I don't know about everybody else but I have this habit of re-packing my same suitcase over and over again until I have made my packing look flawless - some people may call this OCD or incredibly high-maintenance but for me, it just good sense. 

Flying the Nest 

I've now decided that this blog makes me want a relationship more than wanting to go travelling. Call me sad but this blog is the cutest. 

Global Roaming 

If I had a travel blog, I imagine that mine would be very similar to this. It's so opportunistic. I love it. 

Suitcase and Sandals 

Honestly when I first came across this blog, it was the name that I was attached to more than what it was about but since starting to read it, I just can't stop. But don't you agree that Suitcase and Sandals is such a cute name for a blog? 

The Elle Next Door

This is an all-rounder blog. Lifestyle. Beauty. Fashion. You name it, its got it. I would definitely recommend this blog, its such as good read especially in an evening.

Blogs Worth Bookmarking #2

These last three weeks, the world has gone a bit cray, what with the Rugby World Cup starting; the launch of the ‘The Vampire Diaries, Season 7’ trailer, which I am super excited for FYI; and the mega amount of photo uploads that Facebook has had to deal with from the thousands of Fresher’s that have finally made their way through the notorious Fresher’s week and the flu that comes with it – I’m only a little jealous, I promise. *Insert eye rolling emoji here* Anyway, during this last three weeks; between working full time and tolerating the mind-boggling experience that is the Rugby World Cup, I’ve made time to find a few blogs, which are definitely worth a read and maybe even a bookmark:

1. Career Girl Daily 
I love this blog, it makes me feel so grown up reading it and it offers so much advice; especially if you're someone like me who has just entered into the world of work and need some of that friendly, need-to-know advice. 

2. Milk Bubble Tea 
I always find that this blog is always nice to read 

3. Flora Shedden 
Since this week has been all about the Great British Bake Off, especially here on the blog, I thought it was only fair to mention Flora's blog. If you love food and drink recipes, then this is the blog for you. To be honest, there are some really good recipes on here, which I cannot wait to try. 

4. Keep Dreaming
If you like products reviews then this is the blog for you. When new products are launched, I am always nervous about buying them. 1) because you never knew what they are going to do to you and 2) sticking to what you know is always more appealing. But this blog actually gives you good reviews, which are hard to come by when beauty and skincare products are concerned. 

5. I Heart Organizing 
As a girl who loves organisation - seriously I am pretty good at all - and someone, who is redecorating their spare room, this blog was perfect for me. 

6. Dizzy Brunette 3
This is such a cute blog and I love the lifestyle tips and the travel vlogs and blogs; however it is just making me want to go traveling or visit places even more now.

Blogs Worth Bookmarking #1

Up until about six months ago, I suffered from blogging ignorance - I know, it's a pretty serious condition - anyway, I had never really read any beauty blogs, or any blogs to be honest (apart from a few of my friends wrote) and I was really unaware of how good some of them were but oh how the tables have turns. All I can say now is I am hooked, borderline obsessed and now my Saturday mornings are reserved for nothing more than coffee, croissants and a few hours of harmless blog bookmarking. So, I thought I would start another series on the blog called 'Blogs Worth Bookmarking'; sharing all my recent new blog finds, which are actually worth reading and you'll never know what you'll find out:  

1. Pint Sized Beauty 

If anything this blog has saved my life, her tips on 'rescuing dehydrated skin' were golden and her reviews are something that are worth a daily read. 

2. Charmed Charlee

My only regret is, I should of found Charmed Charlee sooner. If you haven't already guessed any blogs that promote skincare suggestions is ace in my books and is definitely worth bookmarking. 

3. Fox on the Hunt

If you want kick-ass, boohoo style guides, top tips for getting that perfect summer glow (even if Summer doesn't arrive when it should) and an extensive list of what body scrubs and moisturers to try then this is the blog for you. 

4. The Love Cats Inc

Her lifestyle tips and bakes are to die for - don't believe me; try the Lindt Chocolate Brownies.

5. Thumbelina Lillie

Okay, who wouldn't love a blog with a name like this? 

6. Ugly Face of Beauty

Initally, the name was a bit off putting but when I started to read, I just found each word inspiring and real; I would recommend this blog to everyone.
